Meet with your project expert to ensure you’re happy with the design. Confirm feasibility and sitework requirements. Approve budget, payment method and execute the contract.
03. Schedule & Permit
Choose a production slot from our schedule. We’ll advise on how long obtaining local permits should take, so you choose the best available option.
04. Production
We manufacture on schedule, regardless of permit or local delays that may occur, eliminating the risk of your ikkonic model not being ready when you are!
05. Delivery & Install
We schedule delivery as soon as you’re ready. If the site is not ready, we store your model in our fulfillment center, until delivery can be taken

Site Analysis 1-2 weeks
Your model is simultaneously crafted in our state-of-the-art factory. We adhere to strict manufacturing timelines, independent of any permit or local delays, ensuring a seamless production process without any risk of delays.
Permits & Planning 3-6 months
Our dedicated team of permit expediters specializes in preparing and submitting comprehensive permit packages to your local planning department. Rest assured that their sole focus is ensuring a swift approval process for your project, so you can proceed without delay.
Production 3-4 weeks*
Your model is simultaneously crafted in our state-of-the-art factory. We adhere to strict manufacturing timelines, independent of any permit or local delays, ensuring a seamless production process without any risk of delays.
Site Prep 3-4 weeks*
Your site is fully prepared by grading the land, installing the foundation, and connecting all necessary utilities. This approach guarantees that your project is taken care of, and the site is ready to receive your ikkonic model.
Transport a few days
We take extra care of your valuable cargo by double wrapping it before loading it onto our transportation carriers. Throughout the journey, your product is fully insured against any damages, ensuring its safe arrival.
Crane in 1 DAY
It’s crane day! Within a few hours after arrival, we’ll be craning your model onto its foundation. Witness the remarkable transformation from a mere hole in the ground to a fully-fledged home. It’s truly an amazing experience!
Fit & Finish 1-3 DAYS
We connect your model to the utilities, ensuring that all systems are functioning. Our team will guide you through a comprehensive set of instructions for utilizing your new INTE MODULAR home or ADU.
